Hey, I'm Teela!

From Rejection to Redemption

Born to two crack-addicted parents, Teela Matthews’ life began under unimaginable circumstances. Taken into foster care immediately after birth, her journey of resilience and redemption started when her biological great aunt found and adopted her, providing a stable home filled with faith and love. Growing up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Teela was raised in a Christian-Judeo household, attending Shalom Hebrew Academy and becoming fluent in Hebrew at a young age. Her childhood was further enriched by her passion for ballet, which she began at just five years old.

Teela’s spiritual transformation began in 2014 with her first encounter with God. She eventually made a decision to dedicate her life to ministering to the broken, the lost, and the rejected. Having faced and overcome challenges ranging from depression to sexual immorality and witchcraft, she uses her testimony to reach those struggling with purpose, self-worth, and faith.
